OBJECTIVE

Wal-Tek was contracted to receive, deliver & install furniture and modular wall on a new buildout in Rockton, Illinois. The client had a tightened deadline of a 10-day installation due to delayed construction.

SOLUTION

Wal-Tek's operations team generated man power to cover two separate crews, one focused on the modular wall and one focused on the furniture. Both crews worked simultaneously with a field superintendent and two lead foremans to complete the project within their timeline.
